Sacramento, California's winter convention, Sac Anime Winter 2017, took place over the past weekend of January 6th-8th.
The convention began as an anime convention over 10 years ago, but in recent times has moved in the direction of focusing on a mix of general eastern and western pop culture in lieu of their common inclusion of various western animation stars, english voice actors, western actors and actresses, comic book artists, and other talent from the vast worlds of Cartoon Network, Disney, and Western Triple-A Gaming.
Sac Anime featured a plethora of special guests across the 3-day event, along with it's ever growing vendor's hall, gaming rooms, karaoke, panels, and much more.
Among the convention halls however, away from the Power Rangers, Disney voice talent, and cartoon stars- was the fine cosplay community present. Here's a gallery of some cosplay from the weekend.
