It's been pretty snowy in Tokyo, with two major snow storms happening in one week.
In Shibuya, Tokyo, someone took advantage of the frozen sky water and created a Snow Hachiko to go alongside the famous Hachiko statue.
The Hachiko statue is a statue of a real dog who lived named Hachiko, known as 'The Dog Who Waited", because as the story goes he waited for his master for an insane amount of time after his passing many years ago.
The people were so moved by the dog's loyalty they created this statue, and now for a short time Hachiko has a snowy companion.
Documented by several twitter users who shared these pictures recently, we're able to see some angles of the dog who waited, and his companion, the dog who waited to melt.
I'm naming the snow dog Yukiko 雪喜 (Snow Joy).
